Building AI Capabilities with Pay After Placement (PAP) Model
About Pay After Placement (PAP)
Digenelabs Academy is democratizing education by enabling you to build critical AI skills at zero upfront fees. Our unique Pay After Placement (PAP) model means you pay only after securing a qualifying job, making your learning outcome-based and risk-free.
How PAP Agreement Works
- PAP is a legal contract where payments start only after you earn a minimum salary threshold.
- No interest or collateral is required—this is not a loan.
- If you are not placed within one year of course completion, your education is free.
- Payments pause if your income drops below the agreed threshold.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of three years professional experience in SAP Modules (or) Non-SAP (or) Non-IT Background
- Score 40 or above on the Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) with two attempts allowed.
- Successfully pass the HR discussion round.
- Note: You can apply to each cohort only once.
